  • Jiu-JItsu

    Brazil’s national sport, also known as the gentle sport, uses throws and submissions to control your opponent without causing harm. This class is an overall great anaerobic as well as an aerobic workout.

  • BOXING

    Boxers are some of the most well conditioned athletes in the world! You will use & develop core strength as well as cardiovascular and muscular endurance in this workout. Boxing gloves are required for this workout.

  • MUAY THAI

    Thailand’s national sport is a style of kickboxing referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs”. This class focuses on cardio while engaging the core using strikes with elbows, knees, kicks, and punches.

  • SELF DEFENSE

    Everyone has the right to defend themselves. Our self defense program focuses on getting out of dangerous situations and holds.

  • KIDS PROGRAMS

    Our After School Program ``Iron Kids`` is quickly making a huge impact on the Grand Strand. From self defense to overall fitness and health - Iron Kids is the program to enroll your child in.

  • Intro to MMA

    An in depth introduction to each of the martial arts taught at the facility. This class has no more than 5 participants so that our head instructors can go over the basics of striking and grappling on a very personal level

  • FIGHTER FIT

    Fighter Fit is a 30-40 minutes of rapid fire, total-body assault that simultaneously develops multiple dimensions of fitness: power, speed, agility, strength, endurance, and coordination.

  • IRON STRENGTH

    Designed to increase/maintain lean muscle while will have your body burning more calories, functioning better, looking phenomenal.

  • IRON CONDITIONING

    Ignites cardiovascular fitness and muscle toning. Exercise using body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and more to burn fat and improve your physique.
